I used them on the recommendation of others I knew. Big Mistake!! After my initial inquiry, I eventually booked my move. The guy I spoke to didn't know who I had spoken to originally but we proceeded to make arrangements. I then received 2 calls from another gentleman telling me he has ways to reduce the cost of the move. When I finally reached him, he basically said we didn't need to talk since I had already booked my move and he was a subcontracted sales associate. What is that all about.
On to the move day. The movers were an hour early and the move took much longer and was much more expensive than quoted. The biggest concern to me was that numerous items were damaged or fully broken (a lamp, coat rack, 2 dressers and a couch to name the bigger offenders). They were supposed to re-assemble any items they disassembled but they didn't for 2 items that I couldn't get put back together. With one, I asked them to please reassemble and the guy quipped "Oh, you should be able to do this yourself easily" instead of following through with my request. The 3 guys moving were pleasant enough but I would not ever use this company again.
