I wish I had checked reviews before going with this company. I think they only had one truck. They said they'd be at my place "after noon". To a reasonable person, that's 1 or 2, maybe at the most 3 hours. 6 hours later, they said they weren't done yet, and they were still an hour away. So, I was looking at a pick up time of 7 PM!!!! (yes, that's evening) Their excuse, no guarantee was given. At that point I was screwed, I had to go with them, because my lease was up and I was going to have to get them the day after, so I was going to need to pay 1 day of rent. Nice. No reduction in cost or anything, just an excuse, no guarantee time.
Will not recommend them to anyone else, will recommend ANYONE else.
