Worst Moving Company Ever!!

I am a single mother with a four year old. I hired these movers to help me out in my moving process. BIG MISTAKE!! When they came to my address the original time was sometime after 1pm. I was fine with this thinking it was going to be around 2pm but no I was wrong again.They did not reach my old address till 3:45 pm. With this 3 men came out of the truck and started saying that they hoped that my apartment was downstairs and like I told the dispatch person on the phone I had one flight of stairs. They came into my apartment and started complaining about how many boxes I have and that the load was only suppose to be 2,500 pounds. I told dispatch that I had 2 bedroom, living room, and a kitchen to move with a washer and dryer. One of the movers kept complaining saying that this is their bosses fault. With this they started my time and was still walking around complaining about all of my stuff. Two of the movers did not even come out of the truck to help move boxes. As I saw time was quickly going away, I had to call my family in for back up because the movers kept saying it was going to be a 8-9 hour job with just the three of them. I called my mom, dad, cousin, grandpa, and uncle to come help me. As they were all arriving My mom and I were already loading boxes downstairs to the truck. The three men did not help until about 1/3 of the boxes were already downstairs by the truck. One of the moving men did his job and helped us but two of them were just sitting in the bed of the truck waiting for myself and my family to load the boxes into the truck! Why did I have to call people in to help? Why were they not prepared? When we were arriving to my new home. They said they could not release my items until I paid them upfront first! I could not even see if they broke anything! They also were timing me when I was paying them! After they left I saw that they even forgot to take my top of my glass table out from the back of the truck! So I was stuck without a table for 4 days. When I called dispatch, and explained that they forgot to give my glass tabletop to me they said that they might not even have it anymore because it was so long ago. I moved Saturday, they were closed Sunday, I left a message on Monday and on Tuesday I called again. How is this my fault? Also, if they knew they had an item in the back of their truck why didn't they call the customer? I wonder how much other stuff they have thrown away from other customers. And the end result $866.00 for Five hours of work that my family had to do! If you want to pay someone else for you to do the work than hire these movers! Worst Experience Ever! I will NEVER recommend these movers to anyone!
