Don't let the "family" and "local" references on their website fool you, this is a sloppily-run national franchise. I used them in Richmond, VA and they started hours late and didn't finish my move until 9pm at night! Plus two pieces of furniture were damaged and I have to file all the paperwork--this includes printed pictures (can't accept emails from a camera phone), a NOTARIZED form, and to add insult to injury, they don't even provide a return envelope!! Called and spoke to a manager, Matt, and he couldn't have cared less. DON'T USE THESE JERKS!!!!
