HORRIBLE. They gave us a bullsh*t sales pitch about quality versus quantity and dragged their feet right up until our move date. Then they said you have 3 hours to decide if you want your stuff put on a particular truck that would get our stuff to TX a little earlier than we had wanted, so we took ONE hour to decide if we could leave sooner and then magically that truck was rerouted and we would get our stuff to TX for weeks. They tried to screw us into a corner knowing we HAD to move within days and probably couldn't find another mover so they had us by the balls. We did go with another mover, which too has been a nightmare. National Relocation Solutions is equally unsavory. The moving business is a disgusting unregulated scam full of terrible people trying to bilk time-desperate for all they can. All My Sons forced us into this terrible situation with another company and has never called back or returned calls regarding our original move. DO NOT let that. "aw shucks, just good guys doing good moves" bullsh*t trick you into trusting this company that like others just wants you by the balls and shaking all the money from your pockets.
