After speaking with two representatives about their cost, we were surprised with our bill on moving day. An extra hour was added in for driving costs to get to our location. I was always told billing did not start until the movers arrived to me and then finished when they left, and to the closest 1/4 hour. While I was told it would take 30 minutes each way to get to me, it was never mentioned that I would be the one paying for that. Imagine my surprise to have an extra $130 added to my bill. Thanks.
