I called the movers at least a month before my move. They confirmed with me an 8AM pick up, which is important to avoid rush hour. My house and move is likely to take all day. I called back the week before to confirm and they said everything was fine. They then called the day before to let me know that I am in the second priority and since they are one truck down they won't be able to come at 8AM. They knew that they would be one truck down over the weekend but didn't bother to call me about it early and also were not apologetic at all. In fact they implied I was lying about the time that we agreed to because they said they never guarantee a time. I asked why they didn't let me know earlier that the time had changed to an unknown time (and that I was in second priority) and they just stonewalled and were terrible at not actually answering my questions. I then called around and found a much better moving company (for less cost per hour). However, most places were full the day before. These guys are terrible I would recommend never using them and never trust them when they tell you a time they will move you.
