They were 3.5 hours late on my Saturday, September 27 move. One of the first thing they tell me when they arrive is they accept cash tips!! The light in their truck was not working. Once the move was complete (around 10 pm) they told me that everything was off the truck. I didn't notice until after they left that my 20' LCD TV was missing. I called the mover on his cell and he offered to come back. I felt bad because it was so late and told him to bring it the next day (Sunday). I should have insisted he come back because I have not heard from him since! I called the office Monday morning and talked to a supervisor and he said he would check in to it. I've called every day since and still do not have my TV. None of the other employees will talk to me. They gave the supervisor's cell number and tell me he's out of town. He went out of town without leaving his employees some direction on what to do about my TV. He knew of the issue before he left! I sent a letter to the company requesting my TV or compensation to replace it. I still have not received a response so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB today. There are too many other moving companies out there! Stay away from this company!!!
