I contacted All My Sons 3 weeks prior and have assurance via email that they would start at 8:30am on 11/15/14. I told them I could not use them if they could not do a morning move. The day before the owner called and said that it would be a late afternoon move. I explained that I was very specific about timing and had assurance in writing from them that they would do early morning. He said it didn't matter and that if I wanted them to move us the next day it would be late afternoon. He was rude, didn't call back, and movers did not show that day at all. NEVER use this company. They are horrible.
