Horrific moving experience

I had a horrific moving experience with this company. Before placing the order for the move I had specifically asked them to come after 3 o’clock because this was my last day at work and I had many meeting to attend. The promised me that it will happen. I got a call the day before my things are suppose to get picked up and they tell me that they are coming at 9 am. When I told them that this will not work they said that I had to deal with it. I called many times to the Greenville office and they kept putting me on hold, or dropping the call. Finally I got sick of playing games and I talked to the manager of the Greenville office. He seemed to be a young spoiled prick that doesn’t give a crap.
After explaining to him how his people lied to me and didn’t keep their promises he told me look you have two choices, either we pick it up at 9 or I hang up on you. I told him you can’t do that, and he said “I am the owner of this company, what are you going to do?” Then he proceeded on saying how he was a millionaire and all I am is a guy that works for other people. My move is supposed to happen today and I still don’t know when they are going to pick my things. I made a big mistake by choosing them.
