Bad reputation-Posing as a family business

This company is a fraud and I can't believe that the employees go home feeling good at the end of the day, knowing they are being dishonest, unprofessional, and rude. I almost used them after I got a very friendly quote. BUT after reading the reviews and being poorly treated when I called about our scheduled date, I removed my name from their schedule. Instead, I found a much better company in Richmond VA to move our home.
