In Plano, TX, after I placed the order a guy showed up to do estimation. Later two guys arrived to my apartment with a bunch of blankets and a duck tape and very carefully packed everything in 18 wheeler. When I arrived to Arlington, VA they were waiting for me. Unfortunately, the freight elevator did not work, so they moved what is possible by normal elevator, but a sofa was too big, so they used the stairs. They were polite and charged me only what was written in the estimate, in particular that I cannot be billed more than 10% of original estimate even if the factual weight is over estimated.
