The Richmond office of All My Sons was excellent. My questions were answered fully. I didn't feel they were pulling a "bait and switch". Dominic was excellent and didn't jerk me around. I was told about any and all charges at the time of my initial call. They reiterated all the details when Christina called to confirm me before my move. I moved last week just before Christmas, and was sure I would get a group of workers who had their mind on the holiday and day off. But the guys who came (and were not late) had their minds on only one thing------my move! They were ALL business. I didn't have anything damaged or even scratched. I have a lot of boxes of books that had been an issue with another company, but not with All My Sons. I thought the paperwork was thorough and complete, not the clusterf*ck as it had been with another company. I have to say, this site can be misleading. I read some of the reviews of All My Sons offices and have to tell you that the Richmond office isn't like the other offices. I would ABSOLUTELY use this company again.
