dresser in masterbedroom was moved and laminate floors were scratch multiple times. I spoke to quality control person over the phone and they were not very helpful. I have use this company 2 times in the last 12 months and the first time it was very good. On this occasion it was a nightmare secondary to damage to floor done to 1st house which now is going to come out of my deposit. I wont use this company again.
