I have used other moving companies who have done a great job and this was not at all my experience with All My Sons. First, They tried to lie to the business office about when they got there to start the move, tacking on an additional 15 minutes to the day (luckily I heard them and was able to get it resolved). They moved very slowly (most companies run). They took several (obviously paid) water breaks...drinking bottled water that they had asked me for. They damaged a very heavy full filing cabinet that they will consider possibly paying $.60 per pound to replace (empty of course) which will be I'm sure under $5.00. It was at least a $100 locking cabinet. They hooked up my washer wrong after they were told not to hook it up in the first place which will likely cost me thousands of dollars worth of decking, electrical wiring and contractor work to fix because it flooded my downstairs (from the upstairs). All in all, it was a terrible experience and the owner, Benjamin took no responsibility for his crew's actions at all. He all but denied that any of my experience even occurred. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience to say the least and I will not use recommend this company again!
