When I called for a date the dispatcher was very nice. I told him I had packed everything except breakables. He said no problem they would take care of everything.
They arrived late, spent 45 minutes in my office and only packed a tv monitor in a box that was too small. They said they had to leave and would come back the next day because they didn't have anything to pack my items in.
After they left I went to use my iPad and it was missing from it's case. No one was in my house other than the 3
Movers , me and my husband. I was using the iPad when they arrived to packso I know it was there before they came in. I still have other items missing and don't know what my loss wil end up being.
I called the office and Dave the dispatcher was very rude
Also the company assumes no responsibility for this and places me on hold if I call.
The interesting thing is that the driver of the truck kept me busy in another room trying to get me to sign a contract that said all my good were delivered in good condition. We discussed the fact that they hadn't even packed or moved me so I couldn't possibly sign. He kept staring at me saying it was required.
I refused.
Another interesting thiing was I went out to move my van so their truck could get out and one of the movers ran back into my house on the pretense of counting boxes.
This is not the end of the story by a long shot, but I would never allow them in my house again and warn anyone thinking of using them to video their every move. It has been a horrible experience for us.
