We picked these guys because initially they were very professional. This changed the second the movers showed up. They demanded tips, and demanded we sign a release of liability form, which unfortunately was signed-in hindsight we should have sent them packing at this point. The men did work hard-but not smart. They didn't listen to any of the things we told them to do, and as a result scratched some walls and damaged furniture. We moved into this house, we know how to get out! As they were leaving we requested a walk-through, to which they said, no, we don't need to do that, we got everything. We reminded them there were things on the back porch, and they said they forgot those things, so got our grill and fire pit and promptly left, leaving rugs in the bathrooms, items in the front closet, items in the living room, and items in the garage which should have been taken. Upon unloading the truck, same story. They wouldn't listen at all. We asked them not to squeeze some items through doorways, we would take it apart for them, and as soon as you leave to get a tool and help, they did it anyway.
Calling the office to complain is no help. Once you've paid, they don't care about you. I was told it would be an extra charge to come pick up the items that were left, even though their workers refused to do a walkthrough, as requested on their own form. I was then told a truck would actually be at the house to pick up the items left behind, so I went to the house to meet it, and it never showed-another wasted day. After unpacking, we found about $250 worth of missing money and electronics. In all, these guys cost me more time and money than it would have taken to move myself. Stay far, far away from all my sons!!
