Bad movers, great thieves

The mover make all the ways to steal from you, I lost a router. Luckily I taped all my boxes and lock all the suitcases. They insisted on charging me for 3 hrs moving regardless that the moving time is actually 1 hr (there is another hr for the truck traveling, they said, still makes no sense). The customer service is absolutely not helpful. First they would give you a low quote, then plan how to steal. WORST MOVERS EVER, STAY AWAY !!
