I was told very loud and clear about the $99 an hour- was not informed I would pay $100 in gas for 3miles and an additional $100 I still don't know what it's for. Johnathan the manager was RUDE AND ARROGANT! I was told if I didn't pay my items would go to a storage where I would be charged. I read the horrible reviews and said it can't be that bad. I asked someone else that worked there and he stated it was better since he was there! NOT! I will NEVER use them again - not to mention I had all my own boxes packed! 1br - 3miles and $400. The actual movers were nice kids! It's the manager that was bad !
