My grievance is with the office staff at all my sons. The person providing the quote over the phone, lied to me regarding the travel expense. Jason, the sales rep, indicated that the deposit would go toward the actual cost of my move. However, the deposit was not applied. It was just added as an additional expense. When I attempted to call the office, Emily, the manager, hung up on me after I expressed my grievance.
