Misleading estimate. No written estimate.
Was not told until after 4PM the day before that my piano would essentially be uninsured (their liability is by the pound) and that I had to arrange myself. The underwriter they referred me to needed 48 hours to process my coverage. I found coverage, but spent $332 for something that I thought would be included.
They showed up late. The invoice included one hour for "travel time" (to go 0.6 miles?) and $70.75 for fuel.
A desk was damaged and it took over 20 phone calls and getting hung up on multiple times before the national office finally took care of the problem.
