My first contact with the Company was with the sales person Jerry.He was at first responsive &
Professional . Then it went down hill quickly. The movers showed up on time with several workers , it was going well then when most of the heavy work was done three new workers
showed up & the first group was told to leave. I found this a bit strange ,it appeared to be
a company money issue ,so I tipped them for there hard work ( they were not happy ) with
their treatment . Shortly after this when the remaining items were almost loaded one of the
new crew who I thought was another worker turned out to be some sort of a supervisor . He
states the Quote Jerry gave me was off by $2.400 dollars . Even though Jerry saw not only
the same things but in the same amount as was loaded. This I could not understand , so I called
Jerry , even though i'd spoken to him earlier & he said if there was any issues to call THERE WAS NO ANSWER NOR DID HE RETURN MY CALLS ! So being between a rock & a hard place
I VERY RELUCTANTLY wrote a check for $ 2,400dollars more . After initially giving Jerry a check for $6,400 . Brought my total outlay to $8,800 . I thought that was the end of it ,but boy was
I wrong . As I told Jerry the plan was some things would go to the Apartment & the rest to a
storage uit here in Vegas . He said it was all included in the price . The best way I can put it
is he LIED!! When the truck arrived in Vegas the driver tells me there a additional charge for
unloaded twice , THAT WAS NEVER TOLD TO ME !! The driver tells me it will cost me $350.00
or they will take everything to storage & leave it . Bottom line everything cost me $9,150 .
$2,750 over the quote . SO I WARN EVERYONE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY they are nothing
more THIEFS !!!!!!!!!!
