My boyfriend Johnny (see fake review posted by company, not us, below on 6/17/14) and I planned a move from Colorado to California. We were convinced that they were the best move for us, and judging by their outstanding reviews online we were pleased (at first) with our decision. They were supposed to show on 5/31/2014 between 9-11am, and after countless phone calls and emails wondering where they were, we finally spoke to Latasha from Texas saying they were coming at 9am 6/1/14 instead. Once there were no movers by 11am, we found the Denver address and had to DRIVE to the hub to get answers. After that ordeal, we got a mover at 3pm. On a time crunch, we had no choice but to deal with the psychopath they sent to move our stuff. After an hour of him pushing his religion on us, disrespecting women, and trying to up our cost another $1,000, bringing it to $2,100 when we were quoted at $1,368 (they had already taken our $368 deposit out). He told us he would bring it down to $1600 if we gave him $100 cash under the table. If we had a choice and we didn't have an emergency to tend to in CA, we would've told this awful man to get out of the house. They folded our queen size mattress in half (ruined), knocked one of my flat screen TVs on the wall on the way out, all while we were under our amount of quoted items. Disgusted with the company and their lack of customer service, we have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE who will give us the time of day/not give us the runaround. Countless lies and a fake review from them on this site later, and still no idea where our stuff is. For the fake review below, they stole the words we used when we first complained and turned it around, along with changing a couple numbers on the mover ID. The review said our move was completed, which is absolutely false. So, the government is helping us go through our formal complaint. Don't let these people fool you, check out protectyourmove.gov before you use any movers. All Services Movers--if you're reading this, you might want to give us a call.
