No concern about missing items

Three large items out of a small shipment were picked up but not delivered. The top to an antique china cabinet, a large rug and a bicycle did not show up. First person we talked to when we called implied that this happened all the time and was not at all concerned. Multiple calls and e-mails have not been returned. No one will tell us anything specific about the missing items, no one other than us seems to care. Very frustrating.
