This company has an NR rating based on the issues outlined in the "Accreditation" and "Reason for Rating" sections of this Business Review. This company has a serious pattern of customer complaint. Specifically, complaints allege consumers are promised delivery times for moves; however, the company fails to arrive in a timely manner. Complaints also allege estimates provided before the move increase substantially when the company attempts to deliver items, and many complaints allege items arrived damaged or were missing. Some allege the company delivered items that didn't belong to the consumer, while many allege failure to return calls to address consumer concerns. On September 5, 2014, BBB contacted the company to request their immediate cooperation in resolving the complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern. The company responded to the pattern of complaint by referring to the "Terms and Conditions" portion of the contract stating, "The Terms and Conditions provide a list of services that we provide that may be either an extra charge or already included in the price. We do not and will not perform a move without being bound to our Terms and Conditions via an electronic signature from the customer." Mr. Dixon, President of All Services Movers, also indicated he was out of the country the month of August 2014, which led to customer dissatisfaction because he wasn't able to communicate with customers during his absence. He indicated an employee would be added to handle tasks while he is out. Although the company provided a response to the pattern of complaint, several consumers remain dissatisfied and their concerns have not been resolved.
