Besides costing $1,500 over the quoted amount. Numerous items were broken, and or damaged. Boxes that were marked fragile were smashed. Missing coin collection, sent company pictures of everything. Movers had ripped the coins out of the pages, as well as emptied out the containers. Broke numerous crystal items, received someone else s mattress. Memory foam for bed was just rolled and taped, arrived torn and dirty. Movers damages back bedroom screen door. Looks like they forced whatever they were trying to get through it. We have called this company over 15 times, We were told on 8-16-2011 that check went out (which was not true). We have spoken with Angela, Lindsay, Maricela, told Mike would call us back to resolve. Final phone call on 9-16-2011 Angela tells us that the company is going out of business.
