we were contacted by all state after doing an internet search. The customer service was good and i felt comfortable with the quote, after all it was much less than i was quoted thru another large company. When the truck arrived, we were surprised to see another companys logo on the vehicle. Apparently all state sub contacts out to other companys at which time the new company demanded more of a deposit, making our first contract with all state now invalid. Our shipment was to be delivered on june 18th, promised by allstate. Instead movers choice our new ccmpany to deal wih said their truck had broken down and it was weeks later, july 7th, when they finally arrived. Not much damage, but a very exhausting and stressful 3 week wait. Never did all state let on that they would be selling us off. As if movîng in itself isnt stressful enough! We were completely scammed!
