This company is a broker and contracts out their work. Our movers were two college students working their way through college. They did not have the proper equipment such as dollies, carts, blankets etc. They showed up in a rented U- Haul truck and had to hire some local help to load the truck. The contract estimated a delivery date between July 1 and July 9. they picked up on July 28 in Las Cruces, New Mexico and informed us they would drop off on the following day July 29 in Fresno, Ca. 1000 miles away. This was not acceptable because our escrow didn't close until July 1. They first wanted to store our goods in the garage, they then wanted to put it in storage and deliver at some later (unknown) date They ended up leaving our goods in the parked truck, doing another job and delivering on July 5th at 8PM and finishing at 1am in the morning on July 6. They were unable to get the wine refrigerator into the house due to lack of equipment and experience. We had to pay a local mover to move it. Several items were damaged. One bed frame was missing both decorative attachments on the foot board and the foot rail must have pulled apart because it was crudely nailed back in place. We were not informed of the damage or the crude repair. These movers were amateurs not professionals.I would not recommend All State Van Lines Relocation to anyone. Their weight was off by at least 1/4, since we moved over 2200 lbs ourselves.
