Company canceled pick up 4 times, were not professional, reliable, friendly, and it took over 3 weeks for me to get my items. Senior coordinator Nicholas Colard was very rude and their customer service was horrible. He never returned calls and after I can celled they tried to hurry and pick up items on their time. Do not entrust this company because they made my move a living nightmare.
