I had booked my move with another moving company Top Movers but when the movers arrived they stated they could not make the move from Charlotte N.C. to Texas with the binding Quote that was given to me after calling our contact at Top Movers. His list had the same price as mine but he refused to pack my furniture for the move without increasing the price. I refused the new price that was quoted for Top Movers.
I was in a bind, because I needed my house packed and moved before I left Charlotte and arrived to Houston. Long story short I contacted All State Van Lines and they were very helpful reassuring me that they would be at my home within two days and before I was scheduled to fly out to my new life in Houston TX.
The movers arrived the day All State assured me they would and packed my house and assured me they would delivery my household items by the end of the week. The movers left my home Tuesday and delivered my items on Thursday. I was so excited to see them and my furniture.
Did everything go as planned not but they rescued me and I would recommend them and used them again if I would have to move again!
