Too many problems to list. The biggest issue was being under quoted which lead to big overages. $1800 to $4000 on delivery. After calling several times to try and get the rate I was quoted I was told I would be getting a refund. That was almost 6 months ago. Every time I call now I get told they are short staffed and I will get a call before 5. Which hasn't happened 3 weeks in a row. When I call and ask for a manager they seem to have just left for the day no matter what time it is. Try to avoid this company and save yourself the hassle!! Pay a little bit more with someone else. It will be worth it to avoid trusted moving and storage
