This was the ABSOLUTE worst company I've ever experienced! This move was HORRIBLE!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to ANYONE!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY from USA VAN LINES!!! The communication was poor... they arrived too early without notice for my pick up. They try to OVER CHARGE me for "packaging" my items an additional $600. This "packaging" consisted of putting one piece of tape around items that did not need to be packaged and not enough packaging around those items that needed to be packaged. Upon arrival I had brand new furniture that was scratched, chipped and broken and boxes that are missing. When I called the company about the missing boxes and the damage to my items, they said they could not assist me and gave me the number to a claims department whose process seems to be too long to even begin to find my missing boxes! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SNAKES!
