terrible company

OK, I will tell my story. I asked allgiant van lines to move my staff from Seattle to Denver. I contacted the custom service, and they said they will pick up at Monday, Jan 28th. But on Sunday Jan 27th, I got a phone call fron the drive saying that they will pick up my staff at the evening. Actually on Sunday I am not ready to move and I already asked them to pick up at Monday. Anyway, they picked up at later evening that day. Then there's a long waiting time. Originally they told me it will take 7-10 days to deliver. I trusted them and just waited for my package. After 2 weeks, there're still no any information for my staff. So I asked the custom service about my moving. At first, they said they didn't know the status of my moving staff, then after couple days, they told me my moving staff will be delivered on Feb 23th or Feb 24th. I am really happy about this information, though it's more than 3 weeks. I just want my things back ASAP. But unfortunately I didn't get my things at all even at the end of Feb. I called the custom service again, and they always said they will have a look, and call me back, but they never call me back at know. I have to call them again and again. I understand they may be busy, but they should at least let me know the status of my moving package. And I was told once the the whole things is still hold at Eugene, the warehouse. And another time I was told my packege was sold to another moving company and it's at Los Angeles now. That's really rediculous. Finally I got all the things back, but the mattress is dirty, some of the boxed are broken, something lost, I still need to deal with them. I really don't understand why other people are so lucky here, lol.
