I was quoted a low price, and I shouldve been weary, they said it would be less than 7000.00! I explained I had enough in my 4000 sqft house to FILL a semi and then some, the salesman assured me he was close to on the money for the quote, and that an empty semi would be there to fill on the day of the move, the day of the move they showed up after 2pm to wrap and move, the truck already had alot of someone elses stuff in it! I have 4000sq ft worth of stuff, YES a 4000 Sq ft house FULL! they werent done until midnight, which got me complaints from the HOA! They had to use 2 turcks instead of 1, and when the "foreman" came with papers, he upped the price to 12,000.00! when I almost had a heart attack he offered me a "deal" for 10000.00, signed a binding contract then when all was loaded and he had been paid the contracted price,by check NOT on Credit card like I was told! ( they left several items in the back yard) he Then said I need $500.00 more because you had too much stuff. when I said no. he left, then in Texas when my stuff was unloaded there was no dvd wall, or cd racks for my large collection. I was text by the foreman Alex that he had thrown them away at the truck center because they had broken. To me that is theft, if my things were broken, then I should have received them to damage, not for him to throw away, the inventory did not match up, the number for a broken table says dryer on their sheet, and the service was TOTALLY unproffesional, I have called several times to file a claim, each time they say they are emailing me a claim form, I STILL have not been emailed, SCAM MOVING COMPANY!!!!! BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the good reviews must be from workers there!
