My first cross country move ever. A single mother recently divorced looking to start a new life with my 7 year old daughter. I was nervous on this move because my funds were limited as my ex husband was offering to pay for this move. I was to cordinate with movers. I came across Julian after speaking with several movers. My mind was spinning, I didnt know what to do. Julian was great. He explained everything to me in detail step by step. He was empathetic to my situation and concerns where as everyone else simply was trying to pressure me to reserve, he heard me out and brought my mind to ease. The price of the move was also competitive. I decided to use Allegiant simply because of my comfort level with Julian.
Every little thing that he said would happen, simply did. I wanted to know when my items would be delivered so I called Julian and I left a message hoping he would be there and he called me back. On a Sunday! My items were set for delivery later on that afternoon.
The same crew that picked me up delivered me. They were hardworking, quiet and professional, I only dealt with Jesse who was great.
This move was simply stress free, I had so much going on I could not afford a company taking me for granted and charging me more. Especially since it was my ex husbands money. Allegiant understood that and Julian made sure I was taken care of and because of him and his efforts I decided to take the time to write this review.
I feel this change is what we needed, thank you Allegiant Vanlines for making this dificult transition simply easy and possible.
