Three years ago I had a nightmare moving experience with a different company. When I was getting estimates for this move from Arizona to Chicago, I expressed my concerns that I did not want any of that to happen to me again. My sales rep, Josh, explained how the whole thing worked. He was available for any questions or concerns that I had.
I was given a not to exceed estimate and told that if the weight was lower, the amount would be adjusted. I Asked Josh to estimate high because of my past experience with that other company (now out of biz) . When Allegiant vanlines came out they were extremely Cheerful . They were fast and efficient and worked as a great team.
When you do an interstate move, you cannot expect an exact date of delivery, as they can't just load up yours alone and drive 1800 miles. No one could stay in business with the prices of fuel today. They delivered in a reasonable amount of time and again were efficient, careful and respectful. The weight was significantly lower and the price was adjusted by the carrier as Josh had promised me. I had Zero issues in terms what was promised and expected from Allegiant.
I could not be happier with this company. All my worries were for nothing. They did not disappoint. I recommend Allegiant very highly. And would not hesitate to use them again.
Also, nothing was missing or broken or damaged.
