We have been ripped off by Allegiant. They debited our deposit twice from our credit card and refuse to give it back ($2517 x 2.) We have called multiple times and Shannon, the only person who answers their calls, always tells us she will talk to the owner and get it refunded but it's never happened. They picked our items up in Portland, Oregon on June 16 and promised us our stuff would arrive in a week, that is why we chose them. Half our shipment arrived on July 3rd and the rest arrived on July 21. They didn't tell anyone they were splitting our shipment. We are still missing about 12 items and when we called to tell them Shannon didn't offer to locate it, she just shot back with, "Well have you filed a claim yet or contacted CSI?" Even prior to picking up our stuff I get a call from a jerk named Julian telling us that their initial estimate might have been low and that we may need a bigger truck and in turn a bigger deposit. I refused and he started yelling at me on the phone. I yelled back of course and should have ended my dealings with them there but they already had a deposit and it was the busy season so my chances of lining anybody else up in time was slim. When they finally arrived it wasn't at 9 am like they told us, it was at 2:00 pm with two Uhaul trucks and they ended up staying until 4 am. When we went to do they paperwork, they hit us with a $176 charge for additional tape and plastic! These people have been awful to deal with. They constantly lie and try to give you the runaround until you give up. There is not customer service to speak of. You only get to speak to Shannon and that's it. There are no supervisors. It's a tiny company trying to come off as a big reputable company.
