Allegiant Van Lines is a giant scam. It is a handful of CRIMINALS who will STEAL your money and goods. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. IT WILL RUIN YOUR EXISTENCE; IT WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR SANITY, YOUR SLEEP, AND YOUR MONEY AND THINGS. NIGHTMARE is an understatement. Allegiant will give you a low, appealing initial estimate. JULIAN JARAMILLO was my salesperson, who promised an excellent deal - "we'll bubble wrap everything for you, we'll give you the lowest cost, I guarantee an 8-10am pick-up time, I'll even go into the office the day of your move to ensure everything goes smoothly." JULIAN IS A HUGE CROOK WITH NO CONSCIENCE. HE LIES, LIES, LIES. NOT ONE THING that came out of Julian's mouth came true. Day before my pick up AND day of my pick up I heard NOTHING from Allegiant; I left DOZENS of messages with all numbers and emails I had for them. Late into the night the movers showed up in Home Depot boxes and a UHaul truck and nearly doubled my original estimate. ALLEGIANT WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR AND MORE before they sign you up. Once they take your money, they will disappear - they will never answer the phone, ever. All of their #s are Google voice generated, and their warehouse address in Eugene on Roosevelt is a fake address. Alicia will speak to you ONCE and will promise you discounts through their non-existent "accounts department," an ASAP delivery, discipline for Julian." Alicia Michalski is her real name, not Alicia Green or Alicia Glenn. She will never respond to any phone calls or emails; she will NEVER come through with any promises. Julian will respond to emails occasionally but with no real information and rather VERY sarcastic and very demeaning attacks on you. JULIAN IS HEARTLESS AND HORRIBLE. For weeks I had no clue where my belongings were - Allegiant wouldn't even tell me the warehouse where they were stored. After 40 days of pure hell, I finally received my things. Allegiant is a moving broker - they don't have their own trucks or drivers. They will wreak psychological and financial havoc in your life. NEVER in my life have I had such an AWFUL, NIGHTMARISH experience with ANY COMPANY, period. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY IS IF YOU HAVE BEEN ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR VICTIMS. If you are a victim at this time, then please contact Department of Transportation/FMCSA (file a complaint with protectyourmove.gov XXXAllegiant currently has 40+ complaints this year alone), contact your local law enforcement, and SEND ALLEGIANT EMAILS EVERY SINGLE DAY demanding for your things. Keep a log of everything, document everything, keep photocopies of originals.
