Next time I pay thousands of dollars, I want actual professionals

I had a terrible experience with Allegiant. At the beginning, I thought things were going very well. They packed up our stuff nicely and stored it for us in Washington so that we could travel to Chicago and find a place to live before moving out. When we found our place, we told them we could not move in until August 1st (a standard move in date). ALEX IS THE MOST VOLATILE MAN I HAVE EVER MET. On July 15th, their contracted mover - Alex - called to ask if we could move in early. We did get permission to move in early from our landlord. He agreed to the 25th. Alex called 3 to 4 times a day SCREAMING at us that he wanted to come earlier than the 25th. We explained over and over again that our landlord was being kind by letting us in a week early and that he wouldn't be ready any sooner than the 25th. Alex called every single to day to scream at me over and over and over again for every little incident that arose. First, he was mad about the move in date, then he was mad that Chicago is a difficult city to move to. Finally, I asked him to stop screaming at me and to try and treat his customers with a bit more respect and kindness. He hung up on me and said he would never speak to me again. He did deliver our furniture but yelled all day that he didn't like where I was putting my couch, that certain items wouldn't fit, blah blah blah. I ended up moving most of the furniture in myself because he "couldn't." I recently had back surgery which is why I spent thousands of dollars to have people move for me. If I wanted to re-injure my back, I would have rented a U-Haul and done this entire process myself. THIS IS THE WORST PART: I called Allegiant to tell them I was very uncomfortable with the man they sent to my house. I told them that not only was he extremely unprofessional, callous, and obnoxious but that I was actually scared and ready to call the police. The customer representative explained to me that Alex is under investigation because he has done this before. I was shocked that they would send a man who is under investigation into people's homes. I asked to have my month of storage refunded since Alex demanded to show up early, anyway. The customer service representative, Shannon, never returned my call. On top of everything, multiple boxes were open and half empty. If you are going to pay thousands of dollars to have your personal possessions moved, NEVER HIRE ALLEGIANT. They are terrible terrible people and their company is a joke.
