No-showed 3 times

Short Version: These movers no-showed 3 times and still have not refunded my deposit. They made a stressful situation even worse. This was a terrible experience, I would never recommend them as a moving service, and they have made my wary to use any movers in the future. Full Version: I hired Allegiant Van Lines to complete a move for me from Pullman, WA to Phoenix, AZ and paid a deposit of $479.79. The pick-up day was supposed to be Monday, 5/6/13 at 10am. I received a phone call from Allegiant approximately one week prior to my pick up day, asking me to change my service day as the other move being loaded on the truck needed to change. After explaining to Allegiant that it would be very difficult to change my date (the first option was on my graduation day, and the next option was a day after I already needed to be in AZ to take an exam for my new job), Allegiant assured me that they would be sending a truck to pick me up on Monday 5/6 at 10am as previously agreed. I was also told that I would received a call from the truck dispatcher Sunday night to confirm what time the movers would be coming. I did not receive a call Sunday night, so Monday morning I called first thing and spoke with Julian who had been my sales rep. He said he would check with the truck dispatcher to see if the truck was coming. No one called me for several hours. Finally, I received a call from Brad at the customer service department saying that no truck would be coming as the truck they were sending "broke down." This put me in a huge bind as I was scheduled to leave for AZ the next day. Brad said that they could come pick me up Friday, 5/10 and because I had little choice, I agreed. I again did not receive a confirmation call from the truck dispatcher Thursday night. I was already in AZ, so I had a friend available to go to my apartment in WA to meet the movers. I called Brad Friday morning, and after a few hours of "checking into things" I was told that the movers again would not be picking my belongings up. He did say however that the driver of the truck would drive to Pullman, WA Friday night in order to pick me up Saturday, 5/11 at 9am. Because I was already in AZ, I scheduled a friend to go my apartment Saturday at 9am to meet the movers, who again no-showed. My friend stayed for over two hours, with no contact from the movers. Because it was a weekend-day, I was also unable to call Allegiant because they are closed Sat and Sun. Finally, around noon on Saturday, I received a call from the truck driver stating that he was still "several hours away from Pullman", and wanted to know how late he could pick up my things. I told him to cancel the job because they essentially no-showed on my 3 times and I had no one in WA to meet them at my apartment as my only available friend had to go out of town for Mother's day. After hanging up with the driver, I received a call from the truck dispatcher who was angry that I was cancelling the job. I explained to him that they had no-showed 3 times, and there was no one available to meet the mover because they did not show up when they assured me they would. On Monday, 5/13 I again called Brad in customer service to tell him what happened over the weekend. I was promised that my deposit of $479.79 would be refunded and should appear on my credit card statement in 2-3 business days. As of today, Wednesday 5/22, the deposit has still NOT be refunded. I spoke with Brad yesterday, and he said he would talk to the accounts department again, however until the refund shows up in my account, I am very skeptical that this will occur.
