I received a phone call from a very nice man named Zachary that provided me with a quote for my family's move from WA to TN. I kept receiving quotes from lots of callers at other company's but for some reason the conversation i had with Zachary just stuck out in my mind as a honest polite person and he had so much info for me to consider for my move. I scheduled my move with Zachary and was ready to go with my move. I had a lot of items that i was trying to get rid of before my move to lighten the load and save some money. I was unable to get rid of these items and me and my wife decided to keep them because they had been in the family for so long. We were contacted by a young lady named Kyra a week before our pickup date and she was calling to make sure all of our ducks were in a row for our move. We then explained we had some items to add she was very helpful in adding these items and making sure that there was going to be room on the truck for all of the additional items we were unable to sell. Our move date came and went very fast the movers were very polite and helpful and we had to do nothing but watch as they loaded our whole life into the truck. We bought them dinner because they never stopped working for 8 straight hours. Me and my family then traveled across the country stopping in Texas to take a little vacation for a few days. We arrived on schedule in TN and were very surprised to get a phone call from the driver Alex the following day to schedule a delivery time. As the items were unloaded Alex was telling the movers what boxes went into what rooms and they spent aprox 4 hrs unloading once again with no breaks we decided to buy them lunch. We received our final bill and were surprised to know we payed 13 dollars less than the original quote and were happy to pay them in full for an outstanding job. This was a relocation for my company and we are very happy to start our new lives her in Tennessee, I highly advise that if you are relocating you use Allegiant Vanlines they are the company for me and my family.
