Had a lot of phone calls from company's that wanted my business for my small move from college. I decided to go with Allegiant. I knew that i was going a long way with little household items and Zachary was very clear when I scheduled that my move could take as much as 3 weeks for delivery. The pickup was very fast and accurate. I flew across country and stayed with my parents while my items were in route to Maine. I contacted Allegiant Vanlines Customer Service several times while my items were in route and Sherry was always very eager to answer my questions and gave me updates on my items location. I am kind of a worry wort so I called often for updates. I must have called everyday for 2 straight weeks and they were always polite. I was happy to know that only 15 days after they picked up my items I received them in the same condition that they were picked up in. I am a college student and i travel quite a bit i will use Allegiant Vanlines for all of my moves from now on. Great Customer Service!!!!!!
