As a US Army soldier, I had to move my household goods(HHG) from Colorado to California. The Allegiant Van Lines website states that they use their own trucks, but the truck that picked up my goods was not theirs.
The movers were polite, but the truck driver and co-driver were very rude after they had picked up my HHG.
After Allegiant received my initial payment, the correspondence worsened. The balance was supposedly for the truck driver, who had very bad phone manners.
I will inform the US Army transportation about this company and the truck drivers, so that no one else will have to go through such a major inconvenience and horrible moving experience.
