I do NOT recommend this mover. The salesman (Julian) is your typical "yes" salesman. Promises everything but delivers nothing. The Mover (Alex) was unprofessional and threatened me while I was 8months pregnant. I will be glad to submit emails and copies of text messages to anyone who wants proof of how horrible this mover is. When I contacted the main office in Oregon to speak to a manager, NO ONE would call me back or return my emails. I gave specific instructions for the pick up and delivery which were ignored. I was "promised" a specific pick up date, and was told by Julian "if we aren't there first thing in the morning, I will refund your deposit. They didn't arrive for another day and a half AND my deposit was NOT refunded. Instead I received sarcastic emails from Julian and the "manager" was too much of a coward to return my calls! They lack integrity and professionalism!
