I have read a lot of these reviews and all companies are going to have bad reviews and good reviews, if you have ever worked in the customer service industry, you know that it is impossible to please everyone. I noticed that this company has a lot of good reviews, some bad but the majority are good. I went with Allegiant because of their competitive price and because of the research I did on them. I am a VERY difficult customer to please. I am the gal who asks 74 questions and then calls back and asks another 12, that is me. I dissect contracts, look up reviews, shop and compare, bargain and more importantly I post reviews online. I gave this company a chance to see what they were made of. Julian was a GREAT salesman but I assure you I was not an easy sell. I hit him with everything and even got snappy with him but he held his ground. I decided to use Allegiant BUT I told Julian I would be writing this review once all was done. Needless to say, the company did its job. I have NOT one bad thing to say about this company except for they were 1 hour late on pickup, I was mad at the time. Now in hindsight, it doesnt even matter cause they did a superb job. The carrier "STAS" is the most nicest person I think I have met. His moving guys were very professional ,fast ,cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I honestly can say that this is an excellent moving company, I feel bad because I went into this expecting them to fail and they did everything but...The glass seems half full.
