Drivers were several hours late for pickup. I was charged $1300 more than original quote. Over 20 phone calls and emails went unanswered throughout the entire process. Delivery was 5 days late. Was told our tables and beds would be re-assembled on delivery, that did not happen. Was told driver would call with estimated delivery date the day after pick up, that did not happen. The links for tracking your shipment and downloading forms on the website do not work.
Total experience just awful.
