Their movers were good people but what I like the most is their super friendly customer representative who never failed to give me a good service even if I become pushy. I kept calling about the status and she was there to answer me. Never I heard her get annoyed from me being so pushy. Bottomline, I was happy because I was treated like I am always right and I got everything in time and unscathed.
