We got tons of quote for our move from Sackville, NB to Toronto area. We chose to move with Alliance and we were happy with our choice. The customer service was great, and the staff was very pleasant. Always very responsive and honest. I had to move out by certain dates and they weren't making it - but dispatch called me and worked it out so that we could still be out on time.
Long story short, we arrived to Ontario and our stuff was already here and in storage. We accepted delivery early February (2.5 months in storage).
Although the guys were trying to be very careful they did damage a cabinet and our glass from the coffee table was damaged. They asked me to submit a claim form which I did. Took a bit to get a response, but they didnt ignore the claim and we settled.
I did not purchase coverage through them and it was my error - but despite all this they worked to resolve it. I signed an agreement so I can discuss the settlement, but it was fair.
All in all i will give them a 4/5 due to the responsive team at all times - even when there were issues. They are easy to reach, easy to talk to and actually call back when they say they will.
