I have now used Alliance van lines twice, and they are, far and away, the best movers I have ever used (and I've moved 4 times in the last 6 years). They are remarkably fast, but without sacrificing care and erring on the side of caution in terms of wrapping furniture, taking it apart or lightly moving or setting things down. Somehow they manage to be diligent but efficient and it's truly worth the money. I have used other places that were as fast, but those other movers ruined my large flat screen TV and broke a lamp and wouldn't replace them. Or others that arrived 5 hours later than expected and then we hit traffic and so it took the entire day. Not with these movers though. They have always taken such good care of us. Impressively, they were efficient not only in packing, but also making good time on the road and when unpacking. And they were good natured the whole time. They definitely made the process of moving between cities twice in a year much less stressful than it could've been. 10/10 would recommend, for sure.
