We were given a quote of $1500 by Rob Michaels. This quote did not include packing charges and a bulky item fee that was assessed by the driver that arrived 4 hours late. Rob talked about how the load would be delivered around October 4th and for us to not pay attention to the dates of 10/6 - 10/20 that would be listed on the estimate. Somebody called on October 5th asking if my husband was ready for the delivery because the truck would be loaded. Since then we have been told when we ask that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. I have sent 3 emails to a supposed supervisor John. I spoke with him yesterday. He said he was not by a computer and would call me back. He never called. His voicemail is now full and he is not answering my calls.
